This application is for transfer of the HMP No. 163/2023 pending before the learned CJSD, Shrigonda to CJSD, Wadgaon Maval, Pune.

None for the Respondent though served with the notice. Absence of the Respondent indicates that he has no inclination to oppose the Application.

It is the case of the Applicant/Wife that she has no source of income and has responsibility of two years child. On this count she claims that it would not be possible for her to travel from Wadgaon Maval to Shrigonda and prejudice will cause to her defence in the proceeding.

The convenience of the wife needs to be considered by the Courts. The absence of the Respondent shows that the contentions of the Applicant are not disputed. No prejudice will cause to the Respondent/Husband if proceeding is transferred. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
