The present civil application is seeking leave to amend and permission to produce additional documents.

Writ petition is at the nascent stage. The respondents would have every opportunity to controvert the avertments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

In light of that, Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B).
