Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned Counsel for the acquiring body. In similar matter, in CA No.8952/2017 dated 20th July, 2017, this Court has permitted applicants therein to withdraw 75 per cent of the deposited amount on furnishing undertaking and has directed deposit of remaining 25 per cent of the amount in Fixed Deposit Receipt. The same order needs to be passed in the present application. Hence, the order:

ORDER

1.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75 per cent of the deposited amount on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. Balance 25 per cent amount be invested in a nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal. Civil Application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
