The grievance raised in this petition is with regard to the implementation of order dated 26.11.2020 passed by Respondent No.4 for removal of encroachment, as alleged. The learned AGP invited attention of this Court to the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the respondents No.1 and 4, which categorically states in paragraph No.8 that the process for removal of the encroachment has already commenced and the same would take six (6) months to complete. 3.

By recording the said statement, we dispose of the said writ petition by directing the said authority to take necessary action for removal of the encroachment as expeditiously as possible and, in any case
