Applicant is convicted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and is undergoing sentence of life imprisonment at Visapur Open Prison. This application is filed by him seeking temporary bail to enable him to attend entrance examination of MAH-LL.B 3 Years CET-2025.

Heard learned advocate for applicant and learned APP for respondent/State.

On a query by this Court, learned APP informs that recently applicant has availed furlough leave and he has surrendered in time. Applicant's entrance examination is scheduled on 02/05/2025 at examination Center Pravara Rural Engineering College, Loni, Loni Sangamner Road, Taluka Rahata, District SVH

2 CrA-.odt Ahilyanagar, between 08:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Admit card of the applicant is placed on record. Since the applicant desires to take admission for three years' LL.B. Course, it is necessary for him to give the entrance examination. Applicant has made out a case for temporary bail. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

(I) Application is allowed.

(II) Applicant be released on temporary bail at 05:30 p.m. on 01/05/2025, on executing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/-. Applicant shall surrender at Visapur Open Prison on 02/05/2025 at 05:30 p.m. 4.
