The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the proposal submitted by the Management seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided is not yet decided. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. In case, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided (page No.14) to aided is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within nine months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
