The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is present in the Court and he seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He has also filed affidavit of the petitioner Baliram Bapurao Chavan.

In view of the above, Writ Petition No.6894 of 2021 is disposed of as withdrawn. Pending Civil Application No.7484 of 2021 stands disposed of.

In Writ Petition No.6890 of 2021 and Writ Petition No.7143 of 2021, the learned AGP seeks time to file affidavit in reply. He may file the same within a period of four weeks.
