The petitioner seeks benefit of deemed date of first time bound promotion with effect from 01.01.2001.

It is submitted that, the petitioner had given representation and the same is now forwarded to the respondent No. 1 by the office of the respondent No. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case the proposal of the petitioner for grant of first time bound promotion with effect from 01.01.2001 is pending with the respondent No. 1 (Page No. 52), then the respondent No. 1 shall take decision upon it, in accordance with law and policy,
