Mr. Awate, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners have been granted approval to their appointments since the initial date of appointments by order dated 07.10.2006. The said order pertains to the petitioner No. 3 only. It is submitted that, the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 have been granted approval and regularly paid salary since the year 2005.

In view of that, major grievance of petitioners stands redressed.

Mr. Awate, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the management has deposited some amount in this Court that is

2 wp 6729.05 an amount of Rs. 50,000/-. We allow the petitioners to withdraw said amount along with interest, if any, in equal proportion. With these observations writ petition stands disposed of. Rule accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
