I have heard both the sides.

The learned counsel for the respondent - Acquiring Body, Mr. Sangale submits that in the connected matters from the same award, this Court has permitted the applicantsoriginal claimants to withdraw the amount on certain terms and conditions and on the same terms and conditions, the

present applicants may also permitted to withdraw the amount.

In view of the above, I proceed to pass the following order :

O R D E R

A.

All the applications are hereby allowed.

B.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50 % of the amount out of the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body, without furnishing any securing and tendering an undertaking to the Court that in the event of success of appeal, they would redeposit the amount within a period of twelve weeks from such decision.

C.

Balance of 50% out of the amount deposited by Acquiring Body in this Court, shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants on furnishing solvent security or bank guarantee for the like amount.

D.

All the Civil Applications are disposed off.
