Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the name of applicant no.4 is recorded as Anusaya w/o Popat @ Adsule which is sought to be corrected as Anusaya w/o Popat @ Shrikrishna Adsule. The record of the Reference Court needs to be corrected.

The record, proceeding and the certified copy of the impugned judgment shall be sent to the Reference Court for the correction. The Reference Court shall permit the applicants to carry out the correction. The papers shall then be sent back. This exercise shall be conducted within six (6) weeks.

Needless to mention that after the necessary correction in the record, proceeding and the impugned judgment, the office shall permit the applicants to carry out the consequential corrections in the name of applicant/claimant no.4.
