The Applicant prays for listing Writ Petition No.1059/2008 for final hearing.

It is indicated that by order dated 14.11.2014 passed in Civil Application No.7011/2014, the Applicant was granted liberty to renew his request in March, 2015.

Since the petitions pending from 1994 onwards are being taken up for final hearing on every Thursday, it would not be possible to grant any precedence to this petition.
