Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the applicants refers to the contents of para No. 3 of the application and submits that the delay has been caused in the circumstances referred to therein. Learned counsel for the respondent purports

2 C.A. 11777.2016 in S.A.St. 14894.2016 to oppose, however is not in a position to challenge the veracity of the contents of para No. 3 by any credible material. In the circumstances, it is deemed expedient that the delay be condoned subject to payment of costs to the other side for the inconvenience.

In view of the above, civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clause 'B' on the condition of payment of ` 1,500/- [Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred] to be deposited in this court within a period of four (4) weeks from today i.e. 17/03/2017.
