The applicants seek to withdraw the amount deposited by respondentAcquiring Body, with accrued interest. In similarly situated matters the claimants were permitted to receive 75% of the deposited amount on furnishing undertaking. Same course can be followed in the present matter also.

The Civil Application is allowed partly permitting the applicants to receive 75% of the deposited amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Balance amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank. 4.
