Since the prayer is in relation to the grant of admission to B.Ed. Course in the academic year 20242026, and the academic session of 2024-2025 is already over, in our opinion, the Petition has rendered infructuous.

In view of this, Petition so also Application stand disposed of.

Needless to clarify that in case the Petitioner applies for admission in the coming academic session, the claim of the Petitioner be considered on its own merit.
