The applicants claim that they are legal heirs of Gunaji Govindrao Raut who was respondent no.23 in Writ Petition No.418 of 2017 instituted by respondent/bank assailing order passed by Industrial Court, Jalna. The said writ petition has been dismissed upholding orders passed by Industrial Court. Eventually, respondent/bank has deposited the amount of dearness allowance dues and interest @ 6% p.a. in respect of dues of retired or exemployee as per order of Industrial Court upto date 22.01.2022. Name of deceased Gunaji Govindrao Raut appears at serial no.23 in the list provided by bank. The amount of Rs.20,537/- is shown against the said name. The applicants have filed heirship certificate issued by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kalamnuri, certifying that the applicants are formally recognized as heir (executor or administrator

45-ca-6037-2025.odt (2) as case may be) of the deceased. In that view of matter, there is no impediment in releasing the amount lying in the name of Late Gunaji Govindrao Raut in favour of applicants.

In result, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (D).
