The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the applications are filed for issuance of caste / tribe certificate. It is not decided for 5 to 6 months. The learned Government Pleader and AGPs accept notice for respondent and submits that the respondent would decide the applications of the petitioners for issuance of Tribe Certificate on its own merits. 2.

In case, the applications of the petitioners for issuance of caste / tribe certificate are pending with the authority then the authority shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four weeks.
