We have heard Mr. Hon, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner.

The learned Senior Advocate submits that the State Commission has stayed the proceedings before District Forum still, the District Forum has issued summons. Even the High Court at the Principal Seat has directed that the payment shall not be made without further orders of the Court. 3.

Pursuant to the summons issued to the petitioner, the petitioner has appeared before

2 wp 6751.2021 District Forum. The petitioner, if it contends that the State Commission has stayed the proceedings of the District Forum and still the District Forum is proceeding further, the petitioner can bring this fact to the notice of the State Commission. The petitioner can approach the State Commission in this regard.

In view of that, writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as aforesaid. No costs.

We make it clear that we have not considered the contentions of the petitioner on merits. They are kept open.
