So far as Civil Application No. 5373 of 2025 and Civil Application No. 5376 of 2025 are concerned, the applicant therein is

911-CA-5373-2025+ -2said to be a widow. 100% amount is said to be deposited, out of which 50% is already withdrawn. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is facing financial crisis and she is in dire need of funds.

In view of the above, both the applications are partly allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw further 25% of the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. The applications are accordingly disposed off. [ABHAY S. WAGHWASE, J.] vre
