The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause B as under:- "B) To issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or directions in the like nature the Respondents to decide the proposal of the Petitioner dated 17.1.2023 (Exh-A) for sanction of Yamunabai Patil Bhaurao Mahavidyalay from Academic Year 2023-2024 to run degree courses namely B.A-Humanity, Batchelor of Commerce- Commerce and Management and Batchelor of Science-Science and Technology, at Naigaon(kh), Tq: Naigaon (Kh), Dist: Nanded and grant permission accordingly within a period of 2 weeks;."

In view of the above and considering the submissions of the learned AGP, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We expect Respondent No.1 to deal with the proposal of the Petitioner dated 17.01.2023 on it's own merits, on or before 10.06.2023.
