Perused the order dated 21.04.2025 passed by this Court in First Appeal No. 3594 of 2019, whereby the appeal filed by the insurance company was rejected.

Learned counsel for the original claimants (applicants herein) submits that the amount deposited by the insurance company is lying with this Court, out of which 50% has already been withdrawn. The present application is filed for withdrawal of the remaining amount. He prays to allow the application.

In view of the above, since the appeal filed by the insurance company has already been rejected by this Court, there is no reason to retain the remaining amount. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:

ORDER

I.

Civil Application is allowed.

II.

Applicants/original claimants are permitted to withdraw the remaining amount deposited by the insurance company with accrued interest thereon.

III.

Office is directed to release the amount deposited by the insurance company with accrued interest thereon, on due verification as per rules.
