The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that during the pendency of this criminal writ petition, Petitioner No.6 - Chandrakant Rangrao Patil died. In view of this, the matter abates in respect of Petitioner No.6. His name be deleted forthwith from the array of Petitioners.
The learned counsel for Petitioners submits that during the pendency of this criminal writ petition, the Petitioners / original Accused have been tried in Sessions Case No.143 of 2009 (R.C.C. No.532 of 2009 pending before the Magistrate before committal) and the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dhule by judgment and order dated 2nd January, 2012, in the aforesaid sessions case, acquitted the Petitioners / Accused.
