Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant is seeking bail in C.R.No.33 of 2023 registered with Shirdi Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 109, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the dispute arose out of snapchat with the sister of the applicant. It appears that the family of the applicant did not allow her to have a snapchat with the injured. It is also alleged that the injured proposed the sister of the applicant. The applicant was indoor patient for six days only. Thereafter, he was never admitted to the hospital. The weapons

930-BA-785-23.odt allegedly used in the crime have been recovered. The chargesheet is filed. There are no antecedents to the discredit of the applicant. In the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be inappropriate to keep the applicant behind bar. He deserves bail on certain conditions. Hence, the order:- i) Bail application is allowed.

ii) Applicant Shubham Rajendra Ghode be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/-, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.33 of 2023 registered with Shirdi Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 109, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the conditions that, (a) He shall not threat the injured and his own sister. (b) He shall attend the trial on each and every effective date.
