Present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 initially for quashment of First Information Report vide Crime No.99/2023 dated 11.03.2023 registered with City Police Station, Ambajogai, Tq. Ambajogai, Dist. Beed, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and later on by way of amendment for quashing the proceedings

in Regular Criminal Case No.158/2023 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambajogai.

The parties have compromised the matter. The compromise pursis i.e. joint affidavit of applicant No.1 and respondent No.2, which is containing the terms, has been produced on record. Terms of compromise have been got verified through Registrar (Judicial) and learned Registrar (Judicial) has submitted his report dated 20.06.2025. Respondent No.2 has now decided to bury the differences and has given no objection for quashment of First Information Report and the proceedings. Since the dispute that arose was matrimonial dispute and now the parties i.e. applicant No.1 and respondent No.2 have decided to part, there is no hurdle in allowing the application. Hence, following order.

ORDER

i) Criminal Application stands allowed.

ii) The proceedings in Regular Criminal Case No.158/2023 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambajogai, Tq. Ambajogai, Dist. Beed arising out of First Information Report vide Crime No.99/2023 dated 11.03.2023 registered with City Police Station, Ambajogai, Tq.

Ambajogai, Dist. Beed, for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, stands quashed and set aside as against applicants viz. 1) Mangesh Prabhakar Sanap, 2) Chandrakala Prabhakar Sanap, 3) Prabhakar Ranpaba Sanap, 4) Sachin Prabhakar Sanap and 5) Arti Sachin Sanap.
