1) The application is filed for condonation of delay of 84 days caused in filing appeal against the award of the Tribunal. The original claimant wants to challenge the quantum of compensation. Notice is served. Advocate Shri. G.N. Kulkarni appearing for respondent No.1 and 2 is present. Nobody is present for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

3) Notice in appeal. It is waived by learned counsel Shri. G.N. Kulkarni for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Notice to respondent Nos.3 and 4 made returnable on 5th July 2016. Call record and proceeding. Leave is granted to produce copy of judgment.
