Issue notice to Respondent.
Learned APP waives service of notice for Respondent / State. Heard the learned counsel for parties. Perused report of Investigating Officer dated 5th May, 2016.
It is stated in said report that during investigation supplementary statements of witnesses came to be recorded and on the basis of supplementary statements investigating agency could not find primafacie involvement of Applicants in commission of crime. In view of the above this Court is inclined to enlarge the Applicants on bail. Hence the following order -

O R D E R
I.
Criminal Application No.2506 of 2016 is allowed. II.
Applicants are released on bail in Crime No.17 of 2016 registered at Dindrud Police Station, District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 295-A, 427 and 143 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(X) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on P.R. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) each.
III.
Applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall make themselves available as and when required for investigation.
IV.
Bail before the Trial Court.
