The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 158 days in fling frst appeal against the judgment and order dated 03/07/2019 in LAR No. 97 of 2011 mainly on the ground of their poor fnancial condition.

The learned counsel for acquiring body as well as learned AGP strongly opposed the application.

However, for the reasons stated in the application and considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 158

2 5 ca 277-22 days, stands condoned subject to condition that applicants shall not claim any interest for the said period.

Appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
