The record further shows that this Court under order dated 25.03.2025, had made made it clear that if the learned counsel for the petitioners remains absent, the petition would be dismissed. Despite such order and last chance, the learned counsel for the petitioners remained absent.

The learned APP on instructions submits that as per the impugned order, crime was registered and after due investigation, charge-sheet No.142 of 2021 is also filed on 04.09.2021. 3.
