The petitioner claims to have belonged to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. His tribe certificate was subjected to scrutiny. Respondent No. 2 - Scrutiny Committee, declined to grant validity certificate. The petitioner is, therefore, before us. 2.

The petitioner mainly relies on validity certificates granted by Scrutiny Committee and this Court as well, in favour of the petitioner's blood relations. The copies of those orders have been placed on record. One of those orders is dated 22.07.2024, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 13077/2023. He, therefore, urged for allowing the Writ Petition.

Learned AGP has strong reservation. He, however, came around to consent to grant validity certificate, conditionally. 4.

Since this Court vide order dated 22.07.2024, passed in Writ Petition No. 13077/2023 and the Scrutiny Committee, to have

919.odt granted four validity certificates to four blood relations of the petitioner, we have no option but to follow suit. 5.

Writ Petition thus, succeeds in following order :

ORDER

i.

The order impugned herein is hereby set aside. ii.

Respondent No. 2 - Scrutiny Committee, is directed to issue the petitioner validity certificate of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe.

iii.

The validity certificate to be issued to the petitioner shall be co-terminus with the validity certificates pursuant to the directions issued by this Court.

iv.

The petitioner shall not claim any equities.
