Though the Petitioner has a statutory remedy available to challenge the said order and also file an application for release of the vehicle under certain conditions, the Petitioner insists that this Court should consider this Petition.

Considering the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, we do not desire to entertain this Petition. The Petitioner has a statutory remedy available. If the Petitioner files an interim application for release of his vehicle under certain conditions, we direct the concerned Authority, to deal with such application for interim order within 15 days from the date of filing of the application. khs/May 2024/4891
