Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel for Zilla Parishad submits that the Hon'ble Minister has stayed the tender process undertaken by the Zilla Parishad, Beed. The report is directed to be given.

We have heard Mr. Shelke, learned counsel for petitioners also.

In light of the fact that, the Hon'ble Minister has taken cognizance of the tender process and has granted stay to it, it would be improper to entertain the petitions.

As stay to the tender process is already granted, the petitioners, if they so choose, may approach the Hon'ble Minister with their grievance. 5.

In case, orders are passed by the Hon'ble Minister adverse to the interest of petitioners, petitioners may agitate afresh about their rights.

In that event, all contentions of parties are kept open.

7.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
