These are applications for condonation of delay. The learned counsel for applicants submits that, even acquiring body has filed appeals against the same judgment and award. The same are pending before this Court. The learned counsel further submits that, the applicants/claimants would not claim statutory benefits for the delayed period.

Considering the above and the fact that, the acquiring body has filed appeals, so also though the acquiring body is served, none appears for the acquiring body and for the reasons stated
