This criminal application suffers from delay and laches. The applicants are seeking quashing of the FIR bearing crime no.90 of 2015 and also the criminal proceedings vide RCC No.2 of 2016. It is not clear as to whether the Trial court is commenced with the trial. It is open for the applicants to fle an application for discharge before the trial court, in case, if the charge is not framed. However, we are not inclined to entertain this criminal application fled after a gap of more than seven years. Criminal application is hereby dismissed.
