The application is filed seeking extension of time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court vide order dated 02nd April, 2016.

Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the applicant states that, Rs. 20,00,000/- as directed by this Court is already deposited and four weeks time be further granted to deposit Rs. 30,00,000/- as

Mr. Salve, the learned counsel for respondents opposes the said request.

Considering the reasons given, time to deposit Rs. 30,00,000/- (Rs. Thirty Lacs only) apart from Rs. 20,00,000/- which are deposited is extended till 16.05.2016.
