It is submitted that, after filing of present writ petition and pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the electricity supply has been made available to petitioners. The same also is fortified by the affidavit in reply filed by respondents. Even it is submitted that, water supply is given to the petitioners as is given to others.

Mr. Bajaj, the learned counsel submits that, other prayers are also made in the present writ petition such as compensation. The petitioners may approach the Civil Court in that regard.

In the light of the above, as the grievance of petitioners to a large extent stands redressed, we are not required to deal with the matter on merits. The writ petition as such is disposed of. No costs.
