This is an application seeking condonation of delay and restoration of the writ petition dismissed in default.

The respondent nos. 4 and 5 have been duly served but have not appeared.

We have heard the learned advocate for the applicant, the learned A.G.P. as also the learned advocate for respondent no. 2. 4.

Considering the nature of the dispute, coupled with the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The writ petition is restored to its original stage, subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits costs of Rs. 2000/- (Rs.
