This application is filed by the wife for transfer of proceeding bearing HMP No.57 of 2023 filed by the respondent-husband in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi, Dist. Solapur to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhoom, Dist. Osmanabad. Though the respondent is served with notice, he has not appeared in the matter. Therefore, the matter is taken up with the assistance of learned Advocate for the applicant. 02.

It is case of the wife that five proceedings are pending at Bhoom, which are as follows :- (i) PWDVA No.8 of 2020 filed under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act.

(ii) Criminal Appeal No.3 of 2021 filed by husband challenging interim order passed in PWDVA No.8 of 2020.

(iii) PWDVA No.2 of 2021 seeking execution of order passed in PWDVA No.8 of 2020.

(iv) RCS No.174 of 2020 filed by wife seeking injunction against husband from remarrying.

(v) RCC No.67 of 2021 filed by wife under the provisions of IPC.

Since already proceedings are pending in the Court at Bhoom, it is desirable to transfer the proceedings bearing HMP No.57 of 2022 from the Court at Barshi to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhoom. 04.

In view of above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A" and disposed off.
