Perused report of the Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad. It is reported that, the Principal District Judge, Osmanabad, by communication dated 29/2/2016, has already issued directions to the trial Judge to decide the matter by giving priority. It is further reported that, the Court has already

Writ Petition No.5034/2016 expedited the suit and is prescribing the hearing of the suit on priority basis and very short dates of interval of 8 to 10 days are prescribed in the matter.

Considering the fact that appropriate steps have already been taken by the trial Judge for expeditious disposal of the suit, no further directions are necessary. The trial Judge shall abide by the directives already issued by the Principal District Judge.
