The Petitioner desires that the pending Petition No.A28/2021, pending before the Family Court at Latur, be decided expeditiously, out of turn.

The pending proceedings are just 2 years old. There must be several other litigants whose proceedings are filed prior to the lodging of the proceeding of the Petitioner. Merely because the Petitioner has the capacity to approach the High Court, would not mean that the High Court should expedite the hearing in her proceedings, out khs/July 2023/5348

- 2 - of turn. It would cause disadvantage to the other litigants, who are waiting in queue for their turn.

In view of the above, we are not entertaining this petition, the same is disposed off. Needless to state that the learned Family Court would take up the proceedings in queue as per the date of the filing of the proceeding.
