For the reasons stated in the application and further taken note of the fact that the main petition is disposed of and the respondents have made a statement that the compensation will be determined as per the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and amount of Rs. 5.00 lakhs has been deposited by them in the Court as an interim compensation payable to the petitioner, the application deserves to be allowed.
