The Nationalized Bank has refused to advance home loan to the petitioner and, as such, he has approached this Court. 2.
The reason assigned for refusal to consider the request of the petitioner for advancement of loan is that a criminal case is pending against him in the trial Court.

The decision taken in respect of regular banking business and keeping in view its commercial and financial interests, need not be interfered with in exercise of extraordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.
The writ petition is devoid of substance and hence stands disposed of.
