The petitioner has approached this Court challenging an order passed by the learned Collector, Nanded holding the petitioner disqualified under Section 10-1A of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act for non production of validity certificate. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner produces on record the copy of Ordinance dated 30.04.2025 issued by the Government. Considering the ordinance, the case of the petitioner is covered. 3.

This Court does not find any reason to interfere with the petition in view of the averments. The writ petition, therefore, stands disposed of.
