The affidavit is filed by respondent no.3Chief Officer, Municipal Council Gangapur stating that the Municipal Council Gangapur is going to cancel the entire tender process impugned in the present writ petition and is going to issue fresh tender notice.

As the Municipal Council Gangapur has canceled the tender process and going to issue fresh tender notice and the petitioner will have opportunity to participate in that, no further orders are necessary.
