The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner would not press for prayer clause 'B'. He only prays that the representations mentioned in prayer clause 'C' may be considered by the Zilla Parishad in the light of the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, expeditiously. 2.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.2/ Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, submits that as the 'Teachers Transfer Management System' has generated the transfer orders, the role of the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad is

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

We expect the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, to consider the representations of the Petitioner on their own merits and in the light of the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, on or before 31.05.2023.
