We have heard Mr. Pahune Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Bondar the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondent Nos. 1 and 3.

The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment on the post of senior DOTS plus/Tuberculosis, HIV Supervisor. The petitioner was not selected in the selection process. The person against whom the allegations are made is not before us.

With the passage of time, nothing would survive in the present petition.

Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
