1) Learned counsel for the respondent present. He submits that copy of present application is not served. Nobody present for the applicant. The application is filed for permission to withdraw the appeal. It is contended that parties have settled the dispute out of the Court.

Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that it is public road constructed by Municipal Corporation and there was no question of compromise. Applicant wants to withdraw the proceeding. So, the application is allowed. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Other civil applications also disposed of.
