By the order dated 07.03.2017 in Writ Petition No.694/2017 and connected matters the respondent No.3 therein that is the Special Land Acquisition Officer was directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for rental compensation. The affidavit-in-reply has been filed by the respondent No.4 - Land Acquisition Officer inter alia informing that the petitioner's application was considered on its own merits and have rejected it. He has also annexed a copy of the order (Exhibit R-8).

Needless to state that the petitioner will have to challenge the order independently. Nothing survives. The contempt petition is dispose of.
