The Applicant/Petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B) as under:- "(B) In pursuance to this Hon'ble Court's direction dated 16.06.2023, the Respondent No.2 and 3 may kindly be directed to take suitable steps (and if required solicit police protection) so as to ensure measurement of Applicant's Land Gat No.77 situated at village Mangrul Khurd, tq. Sheogaon, Dist. Ahmednagar and in furtherance of such measurement, put precise, concrete boundary marks over the Applicant's measured land."

The learned AGP, upon perusing the order dated 16.06.2023, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6446 of 2023 submits that adequate measures would be initiated and if need be, Police protection would be granted for complying with the order of this Court, on or before 31.07.2024.
