th June, 2015 DATED : 15 PER COURT :- 1] Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that by the present application the State is challenging the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge granting anticipatory bail in favour of non-applicants. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the bail is required to be cancelled because of non-fulfillment of the conditions by the non-applicants imposed on them by the trial court. 2] In that view of the matter, proper course is to file an application for cancellation of bail before the Additional Sessions Judge who has granted anticipatory bail. 3] Hence, application is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
