The petitioner is challenging the decision taken by the respondents of re-tendering the tenders as no sufficient number of offers are received.

The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that prior to filing of the petition, the re-tendering process was undertaken and the work orders were also issued to the successful bidder on 14.08.2019.

In light of the above, the relief claimed in the petition itself

2 21-WP-6304-2019 does not survive. The petitioner may take any other steps as may be permissible in law.
